Water-Right, Inc., based in Appleton, Wisconsin, is A. O. Primary Function

Primary duties will encompass being the internal expert on all digital marketing efforts for our company. The position will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Brand Managers within the department to ensure all websites, social media, and digital communications that represent the company are successful and managed professionally. This will involve content creation, account management, maintenance, and reporting on all platforms under the role’s responsibilities. The candidate will also have direct connections with our customer base that has chosen to opt-in to our manufacturer’s website template program.


  1. Develop and design unique social media graphics and verbiage for 5 unique branded lines
  2. Manage and oversee social media accounts and act as key contact for consumer inquires
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  4. Write content on a regular basis for websites via blogs, case studies, product highlights, FAQ pages, and social media posts
  5. Make updates and upgrades as needed to existing WordPress websites
  6. Research industry keyword opportunities to craft a strategy to improve SEO of multiple branded websites
  7. Monitor and optimize SEO across all websites based on keyword evaluations
  8. Review website analytics and user engagement and report findings to Marketing and Sales divisions to help tailor overall company strategies
  9. Construct new websites for our customer base as well as make edits to existing websites using our custom-built template program
  10. Train customers on how to use the website tools available to them and general keyword best practices
  11. Work as the key contact for multiple outside website partners to help launch new websites, perform technical maintenance, and manage projects
  12. Work with corporate IT team to secure new domain names and make necessary changes to existing domain settings
  13. Create internal and external communications using promotional mass email platform
  14. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams to maintain, improve, and develop our online presence
  15. Other duties may be assigned as needed


  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Previous exposure to marketing principles and brand awareness campaigns a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Linkedin, and Instagram
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Pay-Per-Click and retargeting advertising knowledge is a plus

Associate Degree in Related Field
