Primary Function

Responsibilities include create, run, and analyze reports, issue MRO parts to Work Orders and reservations list.  Other responsibilities include perform IM cycle counts weekly of MRO items, maintain stock levels, and work to reduce cost based on min/max levels, consumption levels, and lead times.

Shift and Hours are as follows: Wednesday Night 1:30pm-10:00PM (8 hours), Thursday thru Saturday 6:00PM-6:30AM (12 hours).

Responsibilities

  • Create, run, and analyze reports.
  • Perform IM cycle counts weekly of MRO items.
  • Maintain stock levels.
  • Work closely with buyers on Purchase Order discrepencies.
  • Work with Maintenance employees to ensure issues items are ordered correctly in SAP.
  • Put away MRO items and compare those to incoming receipts to ensure parts received match Purchase Order.
  • Pick up and issue stock, receive and replenish stock, cycle counting, and return to stock transactions.

 

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic BOM and SAP experience.
  • Understanding of inventory transactions in SAP.
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills.
  • Ability to make logical decisions based on good data.
  • Reliable/Responsible/good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellenct communication skills and Customer Service skills.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Years of Experience

Minimum of 1 year related work experience
