What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Troubleshoot and repair all factory equipment
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance procedures for metal forming, welding, powder painting, and auxiliary equipment
  • Maintain auxiliary equipment including temperature controllers, gas burners, parts washers and ovens, compressors, conveyors, and material loaders
  • Maintain building safety and appearance including painting, utilities, and ventilation
  • Maintain building plumbing including waste and process plumbing
  • Assemble and install new equipment
  • Fabricate parts from drawings or measurements
  • Assist in recordkeeping and documentation required by our Maintenance Management System
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean, safe functional maintenance work area

What You Will Do

As a multi-craft Maintenance Technician, you will support both product and facility needs and ensure a safe work environment for associates.  The positions are direct-hire and is benefits eligible in 30 days; Maintenance Technicians looking for a long-term commitment and growth potential are encouraged to apply.  Additional job-related training and education is supported and encouraged.

We have an opening on each shift; our shifts are:

  • 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, overtime on Saturday
  • 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm - 1:00 am, overtime on Saturday

We are a drug-free facility and require all employees to pass a drug screening and background check.

What You Will Bring

  • 3 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with industrial electricity, pneumatic and hydraulic systems 
  • Experience with metal forming presses and welding machines / tooling is preferred
  • Machining experience, especially on manual machines, is preferred
  • PLC & Drive troubleshooting and programming is a plus
  • Electrical, Welding, Plumbing, or other certifications/licenses are a plus
