Hours and Compensation

Regularly Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday;  2:00pm - 10:30pm CST

Hourly Rate of Pay: $16.37 plus a $.55 per hour shift differential.

Sign On Bonus Opportunity:

  • $100 at 45th day of hire
  • $500 at 90th day of hire
  • Must not be on a corrective action for attendance to qualify for bonus payments

Primary Function

Operator will initiate operations in accordance with customer requirements and monitor performance to optimize production processes.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for completing training and performing operator functions in accordance with required work instructions.
  2. Must be able to work with automated machinery and have the ability to perform troubleshooting tasks in order to increase machine up time.
  3. Will be responsible for packing stock orders. 
  4. Must be able to work with little supervision and be self-motivated.
  5. Must be flexible to perform varying assignments outside of home department to support the needs of the facility and customer requirements
  6. Must stand entire 8-hour shift
  7. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
     

Qualifications

  • Basic computer knowledge, such as the SAP
  • Must be in good standing within your current scope of responsibilities;
  • Comply with all the safety, quality, and procedure requirements as noted in the applicable Work Instructions.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting/standing and frequent bending and reaching.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and with assistance
