Primary Function

The HR Coordinator – Compensation & Analytics provides support for the administration of our compensation programs and provides ticketing support for organizational, job, and personnel updates to our HRIS systems.

Compensation Responsibilities

  • Provides timely assistance for hourly and salaried job evaluation requests, including preliminary completion of external/internal analysis using survey data, confirmation of job codes, grades, and job description updates. Interacts with HR and managers to understand job content and confirm survey matches.
  • Supports the development of job descriptions and maintains job description listing/catalogs by ensuring position profiles are kept current and accurate.  Provides accurate and timely job profile information to HR Managers as requested.
  • Performs ad-hoc benchmarking for new positions and recalibration of existing positions.
  • Provides ongoing support to Human Resources and Hiring Managers regarding compensation processes and HR systems.
  • Provides additional support as needed for the merit and bonus processes.
  • Participates and completes additional projects as assigned.

HRIS Systems and Data Analytics Support Responsibilities

  • Maintains organizational management structure in SAP.
  • Identifies discrepancies and inconsistencies in internal data and takes action to correct.
  • Updates and uploads job profiles within SuccessFactors.
  • Provides audit documentation from SuccessFactors and SAP.
  • Participates in application testing for new project implementations.
  • Prepares monthly reports related to audit, governance, HR, and compensation processes.
  • Completes retirement and financial planning requests, audit requests and documentation as requested.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Minimum of 1 year work related experience required.  Internship/Co-op experience considered.
  • Basic Knowledge of compensation administration principles and procedures preferred.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP, or HRIS Systems preferred.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong data analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; with the ability to plan, prioritize, and balance multiple priorities at a time.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to handle confidential material responsibly at all times.
