Primary Function

This position is critical to the execution of our Talent Management strategies and programs.  As a member of the Corporate HR Team, this position reports directly to the Director – Global Talent Management and will support the activities of the Global Talent Management function.  


  • Provide day to day support of the LMS to manage learning activities conducted or maintained in the system.  Provide training to administrators and end users to promote understanding and usage of the platform and content. 
  • Create training materials and deliver training to end users of the SAP SuccessFactors system including Employee Profile/Data, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Evaluation and Offboarding.
  • Design, develop, and deliver employee- and leadership-development programs that support employee engagement and skill development and add value to the learner and their business area
  • Design, develop, and deliver multi-channeled learning solutions, including but not limited to: web-based training, instructor-led training, simulations, targeted learning interventions, learning games, job-aids, and one-on-one coaching
  • Research, design, develop, and edit instruction manuals, facilitator guides support materials such as: quick reference guides, job aids, simulations, and assessments
  • Utilizing our LMS, manage the learning catalog, implement web-based and instructor-led training, and track staff completion in training programs among other metrics.
  • Stay abreast of new functionality in the system and provide recommendations for adopting new functionality to streamline and improve results/impact

Role Specific Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the field to drive the talent strategy
  • Provide support for vendor/training product sourcing and evaluation
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for process improvements, support process improvement implementation.
  • Assist in the identification and implementation of cutting-edge talent management solutions for a global audience
  • Provides first line troubleshooting assistance for admins and learners
  • Supports and manages the overall course structure and sets up course programs based on
  • specifications from the instructional designer.
  • Provide support for intern and management trainee programs
  • Lead the Global Employee Survey process


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Org Development, or another related discipline is required
  • We require a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in HR, training or corporate Talent Management  
  • PHR/SPHR certification is preferred
  • Talent/Learning Management system experience preferred
  • Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and research skills
  • Good presentation and/or training delivery skills
  • Able to effectively convey subject matter to ensure comprehension to all audiences
  • Able to work autonomously and prioritize assignments
  • Willing to participate as a member or lead a project team
  • Demonstrated skills in concentration and attention to detail
  • Possess an aptitude for learning software
  • Up to 25% travel may be required
