Internship Overview

We are looking for a HR Intern – Recruiting to join our Talent Acquisition team where you will support our Talent Acquisition Manager, our Corporate Talent Acquisition Team (salaried roles), and our Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Team (hourly roles).  This position will be located on-site at our Milwaukee World Headquarters (11270 W Park Place, Milwaukee, WI).  This role is year-round and offered until graduation and requires a minimum of 12 hours/week during the school year and up to 40 hours/week during the summer.  The HR Intern - Recruiting would ideally start Spring Semester 2022 (January/February).

What You'll Do

  • Assist corporate recruiters with the full recruiting life cycle including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Lead recruiting efforts on intern and entry-level roles within the organization
  • Conduct reference checks for the team
  • Complete Talent Acquisition projects as assigned
  • Reconciling billing for our background check vendor and job board ads
  • Support our Training & Development team as needed

Qualifications

  • Graduate/undergraduate student in Human Resources preferred
  • Strong interest in learning recruiting as a future career path
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, able to work independently within a quiet office environment
  • Previous recruiting or human resources internship experience a plus but not required
