This role is eligible for a remote work schedule of up to two days remote work per week. New employees are eligible to apply after successfully completing their initial 90 days of employment and training.

What You Will Do

As the Product Applications Specialist, you will support customers (internal & external) with product knowledge, application information and training and provide technical and analytical support for Customers, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Technical Service.  In addition, you will provide product support for assigned products post product launch and support pre-sales technical needs and recommend product/service solutions to meet these needs.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Act as the point of contact for Sales and Customer Service for technical questions that cannot be answered with existing materials
  • Assist customers and sales team with code Inspector issues. Provide letters and documentation to support product installations.
  • Create and maintain product presentations. Give presentations to both internal and external parties on current and future products.
  • Manages inquiries related to pre-sales product technical support for Customers, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Technical Service.
  • Provide application and product support to sales representatives, engineers and contractors as applies to the integration of water heating, hydronic and pool heating systems.
  • Responds to inquiries related to pre-sales product technical support for Customers, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Technical Service.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferably in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific terms, general business periodicals, technical journals, technical procedures, financial reports, government regulations and legal documents.
  • Experience writing technical articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. 
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from large and diverse audiences to include top management, groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Experience working with SAP.
