Scope of Responsibility

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team. In this role, you will perform cross-functional value-added tasks and duties, which require engagement with most departments across the business unit. As an advocate in communications, the Marketing Specialist, will in many occasions, administer direct customer contact, delivering value to meet the needs of our Wholesale and Dealer customers.

Role Specific Responsibilities

This role will require administration and customer communication around our customer marketing programs. He/She/Them would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• All Co-Op Administration and Facilitation – to include customer communications, financial details, and reporting.
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
• Sales recognition programs across all brands – Facilitate our programs thoroughly and proactively.
• Training and Education support including tradeshows and education events.
• Order and manage promotional stores for our brands.
• Pro-Channel customer support
• Sales team support
• Perform Admin duties and Customer requests for ABM’s

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Marketing or similar experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office® Suite, including Internet Explorer®, Outlook®, Word®, PowerPoint®, and Excel®.
• Knowledge of relevant marketing tools (i.e. Hubspot, iSpring, Click-up) a plus
• Exceptional multi-tasking, attention to detail skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding positive attitude toward problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills, including excellent listening skills.
• Fluency in reading and writing English to understand and interpret written procedures.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multitask environment.
• Ability to build and maintain effective, professional relationships.
