Primary Function

We are looking for a skilled Assembler to connect water softener parts to build a final water softener unit. You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. You must possess great manual dexterity & be able to lift the 50lb media. Ability to read instructions represented in schematics and follow them with precision is extremely important.

We have a small laid back crew of 5-7 people that you will be working with on the line and every day during the week you will be doing a different part of the assembly. The shift is 7am-3:30pm Monday- Friday. Very minimal weekends. If overtime is needed, we normally come in an hour early. No holidays.

Regularly Scheduled Hours:

First Shift Hours, 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday, OT as needed

Hourly Rate of Pay:  $21.01/hour

• Pick parts from multiple locations
• Assemble components
• Inventory control
• Shop clean up
• Quality control
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs
• Good attitude and team player
• Ability to obtain a fork lift certification within 60 days of hire
• Measurement/mathematical skills
