This position is located in our Ashland City, TN NAWH Corporate Headquarters.  This role is eligible for a remote work schedule of up to two days remote work per week. New employees are eligible to apply after successfully completing their initial 90 days of employment and training.

Primary Function

 

The Director of Pricing will oversee the Pricing function. Specifically, this position will oversee the determination and implementation of all pricing functions including any backside programs offered to customers.  This position will monitor, oversee, analyze, and implement strategic pricing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  1. Partner with the sales team to recommend and implement price changes for both the wholesale and retail channels as well as provide support for new product pricing. 
  2. Partner with the sales team on customer programs related to establishing new programs, making changes, and maintaining the buying group programs.
  3. Oversee and review credit/rebill process.
  4. Oversee and review rep commissions including buy/sell programs.
  5. Partner with the marketing team to update price books.
  6. Review and approve quotes for jobs, contractors, and builders.
  7. Update wholesale pricing reports monthly.
  8. Work with upper management to perform various pricing analysis.
  9. Effectively manage a team of five (5) individuals
  10. Effectively manage and monitor the departmental budget.
  11. Develop and execute process improvements within the pricing department.
  12. Partner with upper management to determine general price increases.
  13. Partner with the demand creations team to determine pricing for potential new customers, builders, and contractors.
  14. Review and approve various rebate and commission payments.
  15. Complete Auditors request on a quarterly and annual basis  
  16. Perform planning and forecasting functions for wholesale and tankless business units.
  17. Additional Ad-hoc assignments that may arise

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ year’s pricing experience in positions of increasing responsibilities.
  • 5 - 7 years Supervisory experience
  • SAP experience preferred

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and various corporate demands.
  • Must have a proven track record of success in prior senior level pricing roles.
