Primary Function

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a trusted advisor and financial business partner to North American Water Heater (NAWH) business leaders by providing financial analysis as well as converting data into actionable insights. You’ll have experience with creating financial models, developing presentations and using dashboards to deliver KPIs. Intellectual curiosity, ownership, and being detail-oriented are foundational for your success.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting for one of the SBU’s.
  2. Provide analysis for customer and product profitability using NPV/ROI/IRR calculations.
  3. Provide analysis in support of new product development and our Performance Excellence Process (PEP).
  4. Assist with completing presentations for senior leaders and corporate executives.
  5. Develop and maintain various operational and financial reports while driving efficiency through automation where possible. Provide analytics for special projects as needed.
  6. A "super-user" in SAP BPC and BI.

Qualifications

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or another related discipline is required
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience doing financial planning and analysis in a large corporate organization
  3. Highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proven ability to work cross functionally and influence key decision makers
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and modeling significant amounts of information quickly.
  7. Experience with SAP, Tableau and BI or similar systems preferred
  8. Must be a self-starter, be an active participant on teams, and proactively meet with internal or external customers to meet their needs
  9. Must be able to manage many projects simultaneously and prioritize workload appropriately
  10. Ability to develop strong partnership/team building relationships
  11. Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and a changing business

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

Years of Experience

Minimum of 5 years related work experience
