Primary Function

Works with all levels of the organization to teach the requirements of document control.  Assists to create, modify, and update documents in accordance to plant procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Works to meet the requirements of the plant in accordance with plant procedures.
  • Works with cross-functional groups to update processes around compliance failures.
  • Works with all levels of the organization to teach the requirements of document control.
  • Creates documentation with process owners and ensure assignments are efficient and completed in a timely manner.
  • Updates documents to meet the approved revision notes.
  • Pulls daily Document Control Reports.
  • Removes archived and obsolete documents from the production floor and posts all newly released.
  • Updates Asana daily to complete all needed tasks.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must have technical skills and ability to learn advanced testing techniques and use advanced metrology tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and written, proof-reading, and verbal communication.
  • Must have proficient computer software skills such as ETQ, and Asana and Microsoft tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and digital/video camera.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be willing to work flexible hours to resolve issues within all operating shifts.
  • Must be able to understand company policies and procedures, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prefer a candidate with prior document writing experience.
