Primary Function

We are seeking a strategic and business minded FP&A Manager to lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial insights for our Canadian business. This high visibility role partners directly with senior leadership in Sales, Operations, and Product to drive profitable growth and improve decision making across the organization.
You will build out the FP&A function, improve our forecasting processes, and deliver insights that shape pricing, customer strategy, and long range planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan, monthly forecast, and long range planning processes
• Partner with Sales and Operations to analyze pricing, customer/channel/segment profitability, and overall margin performance
• Develop driver based financial models and dashboards to improve forecasting accuracy and business visibility
• Partner closely with finance teams across Canada & The U.S.A. to build a deep understanding of business performance, operational drivers, and regional market dynamics.
• Lead monthly business reviews and present insights to senior leadership
• Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate reporting
• Support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and ROI analysis
• Oversee review and processing of rebates and account deductions
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA Designation
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance business partnering experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience supporting commercial or operational teams
• Advanced Excel proficiency; strong command of financial systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP/BPC
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance

Salary Range: $102,000 - $128,000
