Primary Function

The Sheetmetal Machine Operator (2nd Shift) will perform basic equipment operations to punch, shear, spot weld and assemble sheet metal components.  Delivers sheet metal parts to the designated areas, performs shake out and sorting of parts and assists break press operators.

We Offer

Regularly Scheduled Hours: Monday -Thursday; 3:30 pm - 2:00 am


Hourly Rate of Pay: $18.41/hr plus $1.00/hr shift premium ($19.41/hr total)


Sign On Bonus Opportunity: $1500 ($500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 12 months - must not be on a corrective action for attendance to qualify for bonus payments)

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Able to lift and handle up to 50 pounds consistently
  • Warehouse forklift experience and forklift safety training; must be able to be Forklift Certified
  • Good safety record, safety attitude, and housekeeping habits
  • Experience in inspection practices; experience in shipping & receiving processes and requirements a plus
  • Experience in measuring devices such as scales, gauges, tape measure, etc.
  • Experience or be capable of writing daily reports, fill out logs and keep up with records
  • Good math skills, ability to read and write and comprehend numbers
  • Must be able to deal with many variables and make consistent adjustments to mixed parts
