We Offer
Regularly Scheduled Hours: 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday - 3:30pm – 2:00am, OT as needed
Hourly Rate of Pay: $30.70/hour ($29.70/hour base plus $1/hour shift premium for hours worked = $30.70)
Sign On Bonus: $1500 ($500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 12 months - must not be on a corrective action for attendance)

Primary Function
The Maintenance Tech III (2nd Shift) inspects, installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, facilities, plumbing, electrical and systems through advanced level maintenance responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Service motors, compressors, etc.
- Handle electrical, hydraulic,, pneumatic or HVAC issues requiring some independent judgment
- Recognize and diagnose when a machine is not working up to its capabilities. Recognize root causes for machine performance, makes recommendations and prepares necessary corrective action
- Use experience and education to determine proper layout, assembly, installation, and maintenance of pipe systems and related electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and/or HVAC equipment
- Work with outside contractors on major electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic or HVAC issues, including major machine repair and rebuilding
- Make recommendations and follows through on the installation, programming, or repairing of automated machinery and equipment.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required. Trade School or Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
- Valid driver's license.
- Welding certified. Certified in at least three of the following: electrical, hydraulics, HVAC, or pneumatics systems (may substitute experience while working towards certification requirements)
- Some welding experience.
- Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing fixtures and systems.
- SAP Experience preferred

Physical Requirements
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toe shoes/boots, ear and eye protection.
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing and frequent bending and reaching.
- The employee frequently is required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
- Use of wrenching, impacting, and/or vibrating tools (manual and automatic) is required occasionally for extended periods of time.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and with assistance
