Primary Function

Gain experience through on-the-job and other modes of training to become a highly skilled Service Technician.  This position will be assigned and responsible to the Technical Service Department, however; duties will assigned in the Manufacturing, Engineering, Tank Plant and Field Assistance as required to enable you to become a technical expert in the installation and service of our top-of-the-line products.


  • Develop product knowledge by assignment to Manufacturing, Engineering, Tank Plant, Regional Field Service Technician, and Sales Force (as required). Assisting Technical Service (as required) with field service, application trips.
  • Complete, maintain, and process pertinent paperwork and records.
  • Provide technical and service assistance to Company customers via telephone contact.
  • Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.


  • An associate is required
  • A minimum of 1 year of related work experience is also required
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals 
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively before groups of customers or coworkers
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Certification in HVAC/R technology and/or energy management is a plus
  • Must have a valid State Operator Driver's License
