Primary Function
Due to continued expansion, Hague Quality Water moved their shipping and receiving operations into a brand-new warehouse facility (2500 Creekside Parkway, Suite 300, Lockbourne, OH 43137) approximately 10 minutes from their Corporate Office and Manufacturing Facility in Groveport. The Shipping Coordinator (1st Shift) will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing employees to meet all shipping schedules and coordinates activities with inter-related departments and personnel. .
Regularly Scheduled Hours: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday: 7:00am to 3:30pm, overtime as required
Hourly Rate of Pay: $19.58/hour with increases every 6 months in your first year of employment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of shipping and receiving.
- Trains shipping and receiving personnel as needed.
- Ability to operate a sit down as well as a stand-up fork truck.
- Responsible for all International Customs documents and Invoices.
- Serve as back up for production reporting functions as it relates to the shipping process as required.
- Serve as back up for all shipping and receiving job functions.
- Assist the Parts Coordinator in the performance of the daily cycle counts.
- Establish and implement procedures relating to shipping and receiving.
- Interact with other departments (both internal and external) to insure smooth operation of shipping.
- Perform receiving function in mainframe computer.
- Maintain and update database for parts labels.
- Assist in storage function of company record archives.
- Maintain a safe work area at all times.
- Maintain proper inventory counts and paperwork at all times.
- Maintain and clean assigned sections of the warehouse on a daily basis.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Role Specific Responsibilities
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Minimum 6 months related work experience including forklift experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills; experience with SAP a plus
- Proficient mathematical skills
- Flexibility to work extended hours and occasional weekends as needed
