Key Responsibilities

• Participate in paid, hands‑on maintenance training under the guidance of experienced mentors

• Rotate through multiple maintenance areas to gain broad technical exposure

• Learn and apply skills in: – Workplace safety – Equipment operation and troubleshooting – Industrial electricity (AC/DC circuits, motor controls) – Hydraulics and pneumatics – Welding – Mechanical power applications – Lubrication and preventative maintenance – Print reading, mechanical drawing, and machine tool practices – Product Data Management (PDM) technologies

• Attend required classroom instruction at NETC (minimum one class per semester; 576 total hours)

• Demonstrate proficiency in all required competencies and complete evaluations every six months

• Maintain accurate training documentation and meet all program expectations

• Professional communication, teamwork, and technical documentation
