Role Overview

Due to growth, we are expanding our Manufacturing Talent Acquisition team that is responsible for hiring hourly manufacturing associates at our U.S. manufacturing locations.   Based out of our World Headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the Recruiting Coordinator – Contract will assist the Manufacturing Recruiters with screening, scheduling, hiring, and onboarding hourly hires.

 

This role will start as a part-time temporary role but will have the opportunity to turn into full-time based on business conditions/needs.

Responsibilities

  • Screen new applications and schedule interviews on Recruiter’s behalf
  • Complete pre-hire and hire process for new hires in HRIS System (SAP)
  • Schedule hires for new employee orientation and prepare first day paperwork
  • Coordinate with assigned locations to ensure proper staffing levels are met
  • Perform various clerical duties including copying, faxing, scanning, and filing 

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline is preferred
  • 1 year of related work experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Computer software skills with Applicant Tracking Systems (such as SuccessFactors), HRIS (such as SAP), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as a team to meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information
