Primary Function
The incumbent will have an opportunity to work within a relevant field related to their major in order to gain work experience. Usually the candidate for this role will be a college student who is interested in learning about our business and expanding their knowledge in work processes, analysis and support functions.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting optimization, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support the coordination of virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Participate in talent acquisition projects, such as employer branding initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and recruitment event planning.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
- Assist with the creation of recruitment-related reports and analytics.
Corporate Training Support:
- Support the development and delivery of training programs and learning resources.
- Assist with the coordination of training logistics, including scheduling, communication, and material preparation.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging learning content, such as presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules.
- Support initiatives related to employee development, performance management, and career pathing.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Corporate Learning functions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
