Smith (China) is looking to add dedicated and motivated students who are pursuing a Master’s degree in the US or is a graduate from a US Master’s program to join our Management Trainee Program in Nanjing, China. The Management Trainee program is a management talent reserve plan initiated by A. O. Smith (China) for future fast and steady development of the company. The duration of the program varies from person to person, and it focuses on improving the ability of project management, communication and coordination, leadership, etc.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master degree in 2018 or 2019; or 1-2 years’ working experience with a Master degree; degree in science and engineering is preferred; or great interest in human resource
• Independent and creative thinking and good interpersonal skills
• Good communication and coordination skills; strong sense of teamwork and learning ability
• Authorized to work in China
• Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English (read, speak and write)
