Primary Function

Work on analytics development (SAP Web Intelligence, Tableau, and SAP Analysis for Excel). Analyze, cleanse, transform, and join data sources. Complete visualization, dashboard, and reporting projects.

Responsibilities

  • Complete visualization, dashboard, and reporting projects utilizing SAP Web Intelligence, Tableau, and SAP Analysis for Excel
  • Engage with Divisional Analysts to provide mentoring and guidance on visualization best practices, analytics tools, data warehouse access, and data transformation techniques.
  • Facilitate BI Community of Practice events.
  • Participate in development and maintenance of an Analyst Certification program.
  • Administer Tableau and SAP Business Objects servers
  • Provide first-line Analytics support for Divisional Analysts and Analytics Consumers. 
  • Maintain help desk tickets and support metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of production support activities and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Information Technology, Mathematics or related discipline.  Consideration would be given to other graduates whose degree included a minor in: mathematics, statistics, quantitative methods, or data science
  • 1-year related experience required
  • Naturally curious with a love of learning
  • Experience working with MS Office including Excel proficiency
  • Exposure to visualization tools like Power BI, Cognos, or Tableau; and SQL
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
