Primary Function

The incumbent will have an opportunity to work within a relevant field related to their major in order to gain work experience.  Usually the candidate for this role will be a college student who is interested in learning about our business and expanding their knowledge in work processes, analysis and support functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, building, and deploying cloud‑native services on platforms such as AWS, with exposure to containers, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support AI/ML initiatives, including model experimentation, prompt engineering, or integration of AI services (e.g., LLM APIs) into applications.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to develop scalable, secure, and observable solutions, applying best practices in cloud security, logging, and performance monitoring.
  • Learn and apply modern software engineering practices, including version control, code reviews, agile delivery, and technical documentation, in a real enterprise environment. 

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university working towards a degree (Associates, Bachelors, Masters, Graduate)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently within minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications-MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  •  Comfortable working with confidential information

 

Education

High School Diploma or GED in Related Field
