This role is located in our modern Nashville Metro Center office, located just minutes from downtown with easy interstate access and free parking.

Primary Function

The Information Security Administrator is a high-level technician in the security domain and works with Information Technology staff to set and monitor security standards, best practices, and systems necessary to ensure the protection and confidentiality of informational assets.


  • Configuration and deployment of all IT Systems hardware/software like; Virtual Hosts, Server Roles, Backups, etc…
  • Makes recommendations for enhancing the security of data systems.
  • Identifies and resolves information security problems in accordance with operating procedures and guidelines.
  • Participates in overall security design.
  • Providing day to day maintenance of the company’s IT Systems.
  • Manage inbound technical calls and emails related to all IT Systems and their functions.
  • Provide accurate documentation and procedures on all IT Systems hardware.
  • Coordinate/manage/track all tasks required for various audit and compliance programs.
  • Perform yearly Annual Assessments on all systems.
  • Diagnose Infrastructure hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Installation of IT Infrastructure and IT Systems for office startups, expansions, and relocations.

Role Specific Responsibilities


  • Work with 3rd party consultants to efficiently complete Infrastructure issues and or projects.
  • Monitor open issues to ensure business expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with the data management team to provide systems and support for IT and IM department integration.
  • Ensures network security access and protects against unauthorized access, modification or destruction.
  • Supports the development of all computer security-related documentation.
  • Track and report on information security controls compliance.
  • Assist with internal audit requirements and documentation.
  • This position is encouraged to recommend and help develop new procedures and tasks to support security measures to protect information against unauthorized modification or loss.
  • Document security procedures and standards as required supporting security policies, enforcing ownership and accountability.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • A Bachelor's degree in IT or another related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of related work experience is needed
  • Knowledge and familiarity with IT Networks and IT Systems concepts, including IT Infrastructure setup and troubleshooting.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to identify and resolve project application issues with customers and trade allies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong data entry skills in entering information in tracking systems/databases.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers, clients and employees.
  • Solid project management skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
