Installer- Water Treatment Equipment

Primary Function

Regional field service responsibility which includes but not limited to; customer site visits, defusing tense situations, maintaining relationships, servicing equipment, repairing equipment, delivering salt, dealer support and customer service support

Responsibilities

• Installing water treatment products in commercial and residential settings
• Driving company vehicle (Van)
• Use of soldering equipment
• Troubleshooting of water softeners and purification sysytems
• Testing of water quality from softener system
• Removal and disposal of old water softeners and related devices

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of related work experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and programs, specifically Microsoft Office software, SalesForce, SAP.
• Proficient customer service experience. 
• Possess a general understanding of local, state, and national codes / regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as a team to meet deadlines and goals.
• Demonstrated comprehension of water supply systems, pressure boosting systems, regulation, piping scenarios etc.

Additional Qualifications:

• Associates degree in related preferred
• Field HVAC/Plumbing/Mechanical related experience preferred
• Trade Certification, preferred
• Demonstrated experience in Control Systems (PLCs) and Building Integration Systems preferred.
